Getting Started - Downloading the unlocking software

2. IMPORTANT : Check that you use/have the Right CABLE : click-here

How to unlock your phone using the unlocking software

1. Click here to buy your username/password
    
2. The username and password will be emailed to you within seconds of payment.
   Important: Free email accounts (e.g. Yahoo, Hotmail) may quarantine the email as Spam. Please check your spam/quarantined folders for the email before contacting us.
   
   
3. Launch the Unlock Client Software, the windows below must appear :
   
   
   
4. Enter your Username & Password here :
   
   
   
5. Select now your phone model :
   
   
   
6. Phone must be OFF without SIM Card and connected with Cable to your Computer
   
   
7. Now select "Unlock Menu" tick "Unlock Phone" and then Click "Make Selected Job"
   ++
   
   
8. Finally you must MANUALLY enter the unlock code on your Mobile Phone : click-here
   
   That's it! your phone should be unlocked after completing instructions.
   
    Requirements:
   • Windows 2000/2003/XP/95/98/ME (This service will not work with Apple or Linux Based)
   • Internet connection

   Troubleshooting Notes:
   
   1. Always use a fully charged battery !
   2. If the unlock process terminates before completion, your unlock credit will not be lost,
   3. Do not use or run any other program during unlocking / upgrading process,
   4. You must turn Off any running firewall when running the Client Unlock Software.
